1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• You meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users aged 13–18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Be capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law.
• Not be barred from using the Service under Indian or other applicable laws.

3. Your Account

3.1 Account Creation

You may need to create an account using your mobile number, email, or social login. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your password with anyone.
• You must notify us immediately at support@hynojobs.com of any unauthorized use.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.

4. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HynoJobs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the HynoJobs app on a personal device you own or control.
• Access content, practice tests, and features for personal, non-commercial use.

This license is for your personal use only and does not permit you to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Free & Premium Plans

HynoJobs offers both free and paid premium plans. Premium plans unlock additional features such as unlimited tests, advanced analytics, full-length mocks, and offline downloads.

5.2 Pricing

Premium subscription pricing starts at ₹99/month. Current pricing is displayed in the app. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through trusted partners — Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, Razorpay, or similar payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.

5.4 Auto-Renewal

Recurring subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal through your Google Play / Apple App Store account or in-app settings.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Subscription plans and in-app purchases on HynoJobs are strictly non-refundable once payment is confirmed. We do not offer refunds — full or partial — for any reason, including unused subscription days, change of mind, accidental purchase, or wrong plan selection.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Google Play / Apple App Store account to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current period.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, video lessons, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the HynoJobs name — is the property of HynoJobs or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any HynoJobs content.
• Take screenshots, screen-record, scrape, or otherwise extract questions or explanations for distribution.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

7.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other content ("User Content"), you grant HynoJobs a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. Specifically, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for its intended educational purpose.
• Provide accurate information at all times.
• Respect other users and our support team.
• Report bugs, security issues, or content errors to support@hynojobs.com.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other accounts.
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• Use the Service to send spam, harassment, or offensive material.
• Circumvent any technical limitations, paywalls, or rate limits.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

10. Disclaimers

Educational use only: HynoJobs is a revision and practice tool. While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date content aligned with official exam syllabi, we do not guarantee exam success, selection, or any specific outcome.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• All content is free from typographical or factual errors.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

HynoJobs is not affiliated with UPSC, TSPSC, APPSC, MPSC, SSC, or any other government examination authority. All exam names and logos are property of their respective authorities and are used for reference only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HynoJobs, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or expected savings.
• Damages resulting from failure of the Service, unauthorized access, or third-party conduct.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 — whichever is lower.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HynoJobs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party.
• Your violation of any applicable law.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account through the in-app option or by emailing support@hynojobs.com.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including:

• Breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• Fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or unauthorized account sharing.
• Extended inactivity (12+ months).
• Discontinuation of the Service.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) shall remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business needs. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email at least 7 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 — Good-faith resolution: Contact support@hynojobs.com with details. We will attempt to resolve it within 30 days.
• Step 2 — Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator.
• Step 3 — Courts: Subject to the above, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
