This Refund Policy explains the rules and terms regarding payments, refunds and cancellations for all paid services on the HynoJobs mobile app and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by HynoJobs ("we", "our", "us").
By purchasing any subscription, premium plan, or in-app product on HynoJobs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Refund Policy. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Quick Summary
- ✗ No refunds on any paid subscription or in-app purchase.
- ✗ No partial refunds for unused days, weeks, or months.
- ✗ No refunds if you change your mind, lose interest, or stop preparing for the exam.
- ✗ No refunds for accidental purchases, wrong plan selection, or duplicate purchases.

2. No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once you complete a purchase on HynoJobs — whether a monthly subscription, quarterly plan, half-yearly plan, annual plan, lifetime plan, exam-specific pack, or any one-time premium content unlock — the amount paid is non-refundable.
This applies regardless of:
- Whether you actually used the Service after purchase.
- Whether you used it partially (1 day, 1 week, or any duration).
- Whether you changed your mind, decided not to appear for the exam, or chose a different prep platform.
- Whether you accidentally subscribed, selected the wrong plan, or made a duplicate purchase.
- Whether you forgot to cancel before auto-renewal.
- Whether you did not clear or appear in the exam.
- Personal reasons including illness, financial constraints, or family circumstances.
3. What This Applies To
This non-refund policy applies to all paid products and plans on HynoJobs, including but not limited to:
- Monthly subscription (₹99/month or any current price).
- Quarterly, half-yearly, and annual subscription plans.
- Lifetime access plans.
- Exam-specific premium packs (UPSC, TSPSC, APPSC, MPSC, SSC, Banking, State PSCs, etc.).
- Mock test series, full-length tests, and sectional test bundles.
- Premium content unlocks, video lessons, e-books, or any other paid content.
- Promotional, discounted, or coupon-based purchases.
4. Why We Don't Offer Refunds
HynoJobs is a digital service. Once you subscribe, the entire library of premium content, practice tests, explanations and analytics becomes immediately and fully accessible to you. There is no way to "return" digital access once it has been granted.
Additionally, this policy helps us:
- Keep our pricing low and accessible for all aspirants.
- Prevent misuse where users could subscribe, download/screenshot premium content, and request refunds.
- Maintain content quality and continued investment in new features.
5. Try Before You Buy
To help you make an informed decision before any payment, HynoJobs offers:
- A completely free version of the app with sample tests across all major exams.
- Free demo questions and explanations for every major subject.
- Detailed plan descriptions, feature lists and screenshots on the app and website.
- Reviews and ratings on Google Play and Apple App Store.
We strongly encourage you to explore the free version thoroughly and confirm that HynoJobs suits your preparation needs before subscribing to any paid plan.
6. Cancel Auto-Renewal Anytime
Although we do not offer refunds, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges. Cancelling auto-renewal:
- Stops your subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.
- You retain full premium access until the end of the period already paid for.
How to cancel auto-renewal:
For Android (Google Play) users:
- Open Google Play Store → tap profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select HynoJobs → Cancel subscription → confirm.
For iOS (Apple App Store) users:
- Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select HynoJobs → Cancel Subscription → confirm.
For Razorpay / website subscriptions:
- Email us at support@hynojobs.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date with the subject "Cancel Auto-Renewal".
7. Google Play & Apple App Store Policies
Purchases made through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase are processed and managed by Google or Apple respectively, and are subject to their own refund policies in addition to ours.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Google's or Apple's standard policy (e.g., immediate refund requests within their stated window), you may request it directly from them:

HynoJobs has no control over refund decisions made by Google or Apple. If they choose to refund a purchase to you, we reserve the right to revoke premium access tied to that transaction.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, card issuer or payment provider without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. In such cases:
- Your account may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated.
- You may be blocked from creating future accounts.
- We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action to recover any losses.
